MEMBERSHIP CONCIERGE

Position Summary

As a Membership Concierge, you will serve as a professional in account maintenance, service delivery, programming insight and member/guest engagement.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operates as first point of contact for members and guests

  • Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences

  • Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests

  • Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies

  • Assists members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes and transactions including program, service, and product payments

  • Serves as point of contact for new member acquisition and member retention interactions

  • Engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources

Position Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

  • Passion to serve others

  • Effective communication skills

CHILD CARE

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner

  • Engages children in interactive activities that include play, arts and crafts, and games

  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment with respect to the toys, sports equipment, other children, and surroundings

Preferred Requirements

  • Ability to engage a group of children in an activity

  • Customer service and strong communication skills

TRAINER/COACH

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention

  • Monitors and instructs clients during personal training sessions on the safe and effective use of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training equipment

  • Conducts fitness consultations for new clients

  • Provides fitness floor assistance to all members to ensure safety, provide education, and motivate members

  • Fulfills member service requirements such as fitness assessments and equipment operations, service desk duties and fitness equipment cleaning

  • Promotes and sells personal training programs and services

Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design

  • Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and be able to bend, stand, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds

THE GOLF LAB MANAGER (FULL TIME)

Preferred Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in golf industry

  • Familiarity with Trackman golf systems
